Danfoss Hydraulics Division has an opening for a Training Analyst


Location: Çerkezköy

Our Çerkezköy site employs around 3000 people, manufacturing a portfolio of hose products.


Job Description

This position is responsible for analyzing the training needs of company employees, designing development programs and organizing the organization.


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
  • Create and follow-up of the annual training budget,
  • Communicate with training companies, to manage the bid process and to follow up training organizations
  • Provide the necessary materials for training,
  • Organization and follow-up of Orientation Trainings for newly hired employees,
  • Entering training records into the system and keeping track of their up-to-dateness,
  • Measure the effectiveness of training and analyzing the results,
  • Keep up-to-date and follow-up of laws/regulations related to education subjects and processes
  • Commissioning and organization of online education and similar advanced education systems


Background & Skills

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related area
  • 2+ years similar work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong planning, follow up and multitasking skills acquired in a dynamic environment
  • open to continuous learning and innovations
  • Experience in manufacturing companies will be an advantage
