Regular contact with regional HR team members and various departments to ensure a timely flow of information
Providing high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
Maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in all areas of human resources, talent management, employment law, etc.
Manage communication and employee engagement activities
Supporting the updating and implementation of Turkish HR policies and processes
Recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborating with department managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings, communicating with candidates and line managers to arrange and support interviews
Planning, recording, and coordinating new joiner management to ensure proper welcome and induction to the Company
Coordinating activities, information meetings, and various training programs as required
Following up and supporting monthly payroll and budget activities
Participating in audit activities during the year
Maintenance of all employee files and inputs of employee data
Coordination and tracking of visas, work permits and expatriation requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent & Career Management, Organizational Development and other HR processes
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Good knowledge of MS Office applications (SAP knowledge will be an asset)
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail is essential
Should be comfortable using a variety of external and internal systems
Ability to communicate with people at all levels is essential
Previous payroll experience is a plus
Ability to multitask and problem solve
Experience of working within an international team
