QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
SIO Automotive is a leading manufacturer of steering and suspension products for automotive aftermarket.
We are looking for a Key Account Specialist who will be integrated in our Sales & Marketing team.
As a Key Account Specialist, you will be in charge of overall customer satisfaction for the responsible key account.
You would be effectively communicating with internal/external departments, processing customer orders, ensuring/coordinating continuous flow of work and facilitating resolution of all issues in order to ensure customer satisfaction and timelines are met.
Your main responsibilities:
- Customer’s point of contact, handling day to day communication.
- Manage RFQs, cost analysis and pricing process.
- Manage the customer requests by identifying all internal & external interdependencies.
- Interact and ensure coordination & communication with all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Highly self-sufficient and able to effectively influence all levels of participants.
- Outstanding communicator.
- Well organized.
- Capable of working cross-functionally.
- Comfortable in highly dynamic and ambitious environment.
Fluent English is mandatory, German is highly appreciated.
