Schott Orim is looking for a new colleague who will be employed as Marketing And Sales Generalist in Bolu or Çerkezköy Plant, reporting to Marketing, Sales and R&D Director;


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Equivalent departments
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales
  • Sales Skills including but not limited to business plan development, forecasting, professional presentation capabilities, sales cycle management, negotiation and closing skills
  • Proactive and self- motivated with strong sense of ownership
  • Self-driving and result-oriented
  • Good team player
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Good problem solving, presentation and organizational skills
  • No travel restrictions domestic and abroad
  • Must reside in Çerkezköy, Çorlu or Bolu
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • Driving license


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Enhance our market leadership position by identifying and sizing right market opportunities in the assigned area
  • Undertake frequent customer visits to ensure that customers are served well, strengthening relationship and understanding customer’s developing needs
  • Gather product trend, market and competition information in order to position SCHOTT favorably in the industry
  • Facilitate relations between R&D and related customers for new product development
  • Ensure sales plans will be achieved by using right sales tactics and decisive execution
  • Providing necessary support for all departments for management of conflicts with customers
  • Ensure that actions are taken on time for any customer need and complaint
  • Support and execute branding policy and marketing strategies
