Schott Orim is looking for a new colleague who will be employed as Human Resources Manager in Bolu Plant, reporting to Human Resources Director;


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in Human Resources management
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • Experience in production related company and working with white and blue collar teams
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills in both verbal and written English
  • Profound knowledge in SAP HR is an asset
  • Self-driven and have strong communication skills and flexibility
  • Must demonstrate strong ethics and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical minded, people oriented and highly motivated
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • No travel restriction domestic and abroad
  • Must reside in Bolu


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Reports to Human Resources Director in Turkey
  • Executes Human Resources functions in compliance with company vision and strategies
  • Internal and external HR reporting to corporate functions
  • Consulting line managers and employees about all aspects of HR (recruitment, talent and performance management, employee development, compensation and benefits, legal issues and industrial relations
  • Sustain good communication with internal and external parties
  • Routine visits to production site in Bolu and Çerkezköy, sales office in Istanbul and head office in Mainz, Germany
