QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor's Degree from Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration or other related fields,
- Having minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources,
- Being able to conduct guidance and counseling to dealers and services,
- Preferably being experienced in production companies/sectors,
- Preferably experienced working in agile culture,
- Competency in coordination and organization issues,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self initiative mindset,
- Knowing what empathy really means,
- Being open to communicationis always our priority.
This position is located in Çerkezköy.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Human Resources Business Partner who will join our WAT Motor Company - HR team.
- Working with dealers and services to understand their needs through HR perspective,
- Taking active role in HR projects of dealers and services,
- Advising on human resources processes and applications,
- Leading initiatives that benefit the business and customer satisfaction through increased collaborative trust, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness and workforce productivity,
- Being responsible of the design and execution of end-to-end operations for all HR functions such as; internal & external communication, employee engagement, talent acquisition, recognition and reward, performance management, onboarding, compensation & benefits, development & training processes.
