QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To be employed in Human Resources department, we are looking for a “Organizational Development Specialist” with the following qualifications;


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration or similar,
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Organizational Development of corporate organizations,
  • Experienced in setting up the whole system,
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization,
  • Good command of English,


Responsibilities:

  • To take part in the restructuring of HR processes and analysis activities to ensure efficiency,
  • Designing, developing and implementing new HR processes, taking responsibility in feasibility analyses as a team member,
  • Developing and implementing suggestions about HR projects that will ensure employee engagement within the organization,
  • To evaluate, analyze and follow up headcount demands,
  • To prepare job analysis of all positions for existing & new structures in the organization and update the job descriptions,
  • Oversee employee compliance with all performance management processes (annual performance review process, goal setting, probationary reviews, employee development planning). Responsible for timely completion of performance reviews and evaluations for all employees.
