Min. 3 years experiences supporting at the executive level,
Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of executive meetings,
Experience at scheduling travel arrangements,
Excellent command of English both verbally and written, German would be an asset,
Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP program experience is preferable.

Job Descriptions:
Assists General Manager,
Executes and manages the daily agenda of the related executives, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements of related executives,
Participates to the meetings when required,
Assists preparation of documents, materials, agendas of the meetings as needed,
Proactively identifies and resolves executive needs,
Drafting and preparing documents such as reports and presentations,
Managing incoming and outgoing calls and e- mails,
Arranges travel schedule and reservations for the supported executives and their guests from abroad,
Arranges events on behalf of the organization and its business leaders.
