QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Schott Orim is looking for a new colleague who will be employed as Human Resources Generalist in Cerkezkoy Plant, reporting to Human Resources Director;
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR topics
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or similar
- Knowledge in Labor Law
- Knowledge in payroll
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Expert in MS Office
- Profound knowledge in SAP HR is an asset
- Self-driven and have strong communication skills and flexibility
- Must demonstrate strong ethics and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage stress and complexity
- Analytical minded, result oriented and high motivated
- Must have valid driver's license
- No travel restriction domestic and abroad
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Must reside in Çerkezköy or Çorlu
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Reports to Human Resources Director in Turkey
- Executes Human Resources functions in compliance with company vision and strategies
- Internal and external HR reporting to corporate functions
- Recruitment process including candidate research, interview & assessment planning and orientation program
- Legal issues and industrial relations
- Training organization and execution
- Performance Management process
- Talent Management process
- Routine visits to production site in Bolu, sales office in Istanbul and head office in Mainz, Germany
