/ Serve as subject matter expert for disaster recovery and business continuity strategy and planning for BSH Turkey
/ Develop business continuity and incident response cross-over emergency management plans covering recovery decision thresholds, decision making and communication plans, processes for continuity or temporary shut-down of critical business procedures and tools to ensure ongoing operation across all areas of the company business
/ Analyze impact on, and risk to, essential business functions to identify acceptable recovery time periods and resource requirements
/ Design and implement products and services to mitigate risk and facilitate use of equipment or tools and methods, facilitate the testing of documented strategies and plans
Your Profile
/ Bachelor's Degree in business or related field is required, Master's Degree is preferred
/ Minimum of three (3) years of business continuity and disaster recovery experience, including conducting business impact analyses and tabletop exercises
/ Excellent knowledge and experience about ‘ISO 22301 Security and resilience — Business continuity management systems — Requirements’, ISO 31000 Risk Management knowledge is preferred
/ Excellent knowledge of industry standard business continuity and incident response principles with best practices and ability to quickly classify business continuity, incident events and guide the team towards the necessary course of action
/ Excellent ability on critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills, communication skill, team management skills and experience, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented
/ Fluent in spoken and written English
