QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  Bachelor's Degree from Mechanical Engineering (Master Degree is a plus),
  
• 
  Experience in designing parts with the manufacturing methods of machining and molding,
  
• 
  Hands-on experience in Mechanical Part Design/Mechanical Engineering Design,
  
• 
  Having solid background in mechanics of materials, material science,
  
• 
  Having solid background in machine tools and manufacturing processes,
  
• 
  Having knowledge about selection, calculation and standards of industrial component,
  
• 
  Min. 5 years of R&D / Project Management experience,
  
• 
  Excellence in CAD softwares (NX (Preferred), Solid, Catia or Pro/E),
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
  
• 
  Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  
• 
  Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
  
• 
  Outside the box thinking ability,
  
•

•

  Designing and analyzing electric machines for industrial use and home appliances products,
  
• 
  Validating and testing of electric motors regarding the related standards (EN, IEC, etc.) and regulations (VDA, UL, CE, etc.),
  
• 
  Involving in new project/product implementation activities,
  
• 
  Development activities on existing products, (Cost reduction, quality improvement activities and etc.),
  
• 
  Building collaboration and customer satisfaction.
