QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

/Define project quality targets to meet customer satisfactionbyconsidering whole journey mapping

/Actively take part in milestone evaluations and track quality development progress with respect to defined KPIs

/Consolidate lessons learned from previous projects in order to make them actionable and to prevent failures

/Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional quality teams within product divisions, and external vendors on projects topics

/Use of quality tools to prevent and proactively solve problems in project phase and during product lifecycle

Your Profile

/Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, ElectricalorIndustrial)

/5 years working experience in development of consumer products(Quality management, R&D or Project management)

/Excellent communication, presentation andconflict management skills

/Demonstrate an interest in digitalization (Big Data, Data Analysis e.g.)

/Certifications are desirable (PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt)

/Fluency in English language is a must
