QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Responsibilities
/ Functional leadership of assigned CCMs and Buyers /Strategic Buyers. Preparation and organization of regular Global Purchasing Meetings. Coach/supervisecountry coordinators for the pooling activities. To be escalation path towards suppliers asHead of Section (HoS)for the material group.
/ Steering of the material group and market analysis & development, alignment and implementation of regional material group and supplier strategy/portfolio (incl. strategy approval process)
/ Steering supplier management activities
/ Support of negotiation & awarding
/ Responsible for TCO performance of considered commodities/categories
Your Profile
/ Minimum 3-5 years of commodity/category management experience in purchasing, especially global commodity/category management or in a procurement-related area
/ Management experience is an asset
/ Experience in team management also in the international context
/ Excellent leadership & communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all levels
/ High self-motivation, strong personal initiative, and assertiveness
