Your Responsibilities
/ Define project quality targets to meet customer satisfaction by considering whole journey mapping
/ Actively take part in milestone evaluations and track quality development progress with respect to defined KPIs
/ Consolidate lessons learned from previous projects in order to make them actionable and to prevent failures
/ Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional quality teams within product divisions, and external vendors on projects topics
/ Use of quality tools to prevent and proactively solve problems in the project phase and during the product lifecycle
Your Profile
/ Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial)
/ 5 years working experience in the development of consumer products (Quality management, R&D, or Project management)
/ Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict management skills
/ Demonstrate an interest in digitalization (Big Data, Data Analysis e.g.) and certifications are desirable (PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt)
/ Fluency in the English language is a must
