/ Engineering Project leader in Product Platform Projects
/ Coordination and reporting of specific tasks in the area of Manufacturing Engineering responsibility within scope of new product projects
/ Tracking, coordinating, planning and reporting of project actions and milestones (i.e. pre-pilot/pilot productions, FMEAs, standard times, milestone evaluations etc.)
/ Project Investment management & Preparation of project application (i.e. masterplan, layout, capacity increases, make/buy studies etc.)
/ Coordination of Planning Guideline activities within ME department to prepare the factory for implementation to the product projects
/ Maintaining of project documentation as well as evaluating of risks and opportunities
Your Profile
/ University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
/ Minimum 3-5 years similar experience in white goods, automotive or manufacturing environment
/ Project Management experience in new product launches and/or new machineries and processess in production is preferable
/ Fluent English knowledge is must
/ Excellent problem solving, conflict management and communication skills are required
/ Customer and result oriented, analytical minded, target oriented, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working
/ Positive attitude and self-motivation
