QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Machine Engineering (Master's degree is preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D mechanical projects
- Knowledgeable in mechanical design and documentation issues
- Good command of Geometric Tolerance, Tolerance Stacking and Technical Drawing
- Able to use Autocad Inventor program
- Experienced in sheet metal forming, machining, plastic and zamak injection
- Dominate the TUBITAK - TEYDEB project processes
- Simultaneously carrying out projects
- Being strong for project planning and scheduling
- Collaborative with strong communication
- Thinking analytical, being solution-oriented
- Taking initiative and making quick decisions when necessary
- Taking the visionary perspective as a principle, open to development and innovation
- Will be able to work in our factory located in Tekirdağ-Çerkezköy
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Creating new projects related to mechanical products
- Exploring new technology companies, making contacts, organizing meetings regarding new projects
- Ensuring competitor analysis, patent research and following trends in order to realize innovative products
- Creating prototypes of new projects
- Following the trial production and serial production of new products designed
- Making mechanical designs & analyzing and realizing the projects
- Providing solutions for the problems that occur in the products
- Ensuring cost advantage in new products designed
