QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supporting the implementation of IATF 16949
- Supporting the SAP QM implementations
- Execute internal and external (supplier) process audits
- To support the monitoring, evaluation, analysis and improvement of quality KPIs and to lead improvement projects
- Attend daily performance meetings to track daily quality performance and initiate improvement projects
- Lead problem solving activities
- Supporting production lines and segments as a part of process chain
- Supporting continuous improvement process
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University Degree in related Engineering or Technical disciplines
- Min. 3 years experience in automotive production systems, especially working with main OEM’s
- Extensive knowledge of IATF 16949
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP would be a plus
- Experienced in automotive Core Tools
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Knowing and actively applying problem solving methods
- Willing to work actively on the shopfloor for improvement of process quality
- Strong presentation skills with analytical and technical problem-solving ability
