QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Your Responsibilities
/ Budget planning responsibility for Cross Border Logistics departmentsand montly Outlook tracking according to variables (EPS, freight etc) and cost deviation control
/ Accountable to controland correct all cost related issues in SAPand SIIM related tocost
/ Control, approve and provide approval of side cost invoices of Cross Border Logistics with the limitations of internal signature ofBSH. Track of return invoice processes with related parties
/ Provide and update rate cards and tariffs.Check implementation if they are coherent to contracts and protocols
/ Coordinate payment issues for approved/ in approval invoices with related parties and service providers ifnecessary, supplier creation & update for spots
Your Profile
/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IndustrialEngineering
/ 4-5 years professional experience in relevant business fields, supply chain, logistics, networkcreation; budget andcost controlknowledge
/ Fluent English both written andspoken
/ Good communicationskills and process oriented
/ Proactive and analytical mindset
