QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or related fields,
- Having experience in Plastic and Aluminum Processes,
- Having strong knowledge of gray iron casting,
- Having strong knowledge of materials, molding, casting simulation software (magma),
- Having experience in CAD, CAM,
- Having experience in Mold Flow Analysis,
- Preferably having knowledge of 6 sigma,
- Preferably having experience in Automotive Industry,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications,
- Having experience in Project Management,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adopting the market trends and new Technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,

The position is located in Çerkezköy / Tekirdağ.
How will you foster the change?
Arçelik is looking for a passionate Specialist – Process who will join our team at Production & Supplier Development Tribe Tech., WAT Motors Company.
- Recommend plastic and aluminum processes improvements and mold renovation.
- Realizing mold investments and tracking continuity,
- Scheduling and planning workshop area,
- Working closely with production, maintenance, and engineering to establish the optimized performance of all equipment,
- Implementing continuous improvement strategies to reduce scrap cost and improve productivity and quality,
- Supporting cost savings activities: problem-solving cost saving analysis, root cause analysis, capital payback analysis, process manufacturing analysis, lean manufacturing analysis,
- Participating in the design of machines, equipment, systems, devices, and fixtures to support assembly requirements.
