QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree from engineering studies
· Solution selling experience
· Good presentation skills
· Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
· High relationship management skills
· Demonstrated follow up skills and closing experience
· Good knowledge of IT Solutions for document management, content management, and document digitization service
· Proven sales and demonstrated revenue growth skills would be a plus
· Experience in working in coordination with different departments and time management
· Excellent organization skills
· Related IT certifications would be plus
· Very good command of English (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
JOB DESCRIPTION
· To communicate customers on a technical level as well as to senior executives on a non-technical level
· Opportunistically catching leads from the customers and the market
· Doing consultation-based suggestions for improving work efficiency along with exclusive software for content management, MFPs for data input and output, and document digitization service.
· Doing onsite analyses and preparing tailor made solutions for customer to optimise business processes with workflow automation
· Preparing the presentation of the solutions and doing presentation to customers
· Answering technical questions from potential customers and offering solutions for their pain points
· Building, driving and expanding the relationships with end users
· Building relationships with 3’rd party IT solution/software companies
· Following/paticipating internal KM trainings and become Professional about KM solutions
· Follow-up all the analyse, sales and implementaiton processes
· Working closely with *sales team, *marketing team, *service team, *global team and *3’rd party IT solution/software companies to develop projects
· Review RFP’s, prepare quotations and technical proposals with the design of systems
· Keep the sales team up-to-date on the offerings and on the competition in the market
