QUALIFICATIONS

We seek for a Business Development Specialist/Executive for our Sales & Operations Department, who has below qualifications, in Tuzla / Istanbul location:

  • Bachelor degree in engineering (preferably chemical or indurstrial engineering)
  • Preferably experience in sales/ operations activities
  • Preferably experience in logistic activities
  • Fluency both in written and verbal English
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Strategic planning, coordinating and problem-solving abilities
  • An outgoing, analytical and dynamic personality
  • Flexible, co-operative, team worker, result oriented and self-motivated
  • No military obligation for male candidates


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for all the development acitivities of sales and operations department
  • Responsible for finding new business partners for warehousing, toll-manufacturing and logistic
  • Management of possible in-licensing & co-development activities by identifying potential strategic partners and making commercial & contractual negotiations
  • Making business (warehouse and manufacturer) agreements
  • Aim to expand our service areas, stock points and incorporate new locations
  • Planning and organise the stock consignments
  • Working as good solution and result oriented with business partners
  • Identify/suggest new product opportunities, new stock point opportunities through deep market research for Turkey and International markets
  • Reporting all the development activities to the sales & operations director
