We are now taking applications for our Business Development& Marketing Junior Specialist role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering departments,
- Min 1 year of relevant experience in business development area, i.e. business planning, market intelligence, business operations and CRM,
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability,
- Knowledge of business analytics, statistics, project management, monitoring or reporting is a plus,
- Effective communication skills and a good team player,
- Excellent knowledge of computer skills required, especially in Excel and PowerPoint,
- Long-term target of future career opportunities in business development department,
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Job Description
Directly reports to Business Development and Marketing Manager in following areas:
- Provide active support to implementation of business development plans and other specific business development projects,
- Take active role in account management, targeting, opportunity management and market research,
- Provide support to planning and status follow up with partners for new services,
- Support professional client teams in preparation and access to client materials (proposals and client presentations),
- Take ownership of data, analyze & share with relevant stakeholders,
- Answer the ad-hoc requests from business units,
- Follow up of action plans and to take active role in reporting of the above mentioned business processes.
