PwC “Marketing Communication & Business Development” team is looking for new team members to be a part of our expanding practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related departments of a reputable university
  • At least 3+ year of Business Insights & Analytics / Sales / Account Management experience is a plus
  • Project Management experience is a plus
  • Analytical mindset
  • Excel knowledge and data interpretation skills with excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent observation skills to see the big picture in a high level and then identify bottlenecks & pain points in detail
  • Open to communication and confident with C-Suite working environment
  • Teamwork- Works collaboratively with others to achieve group goals, motivates people to work together to accomplish business objectives
  • Fluent in English for attending training, collaborating with colleagues from different nationalities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Industry & Priority Accounts Management
  • Managing and coaching account management program smoothly with internal stakeholders, monitoring a set of program
  • Monitoring flow of information internally between account teams and service lines
  • Alignment with global network stakeholders- following up on best practices, attending to global meetings
  • Performance Reporting/Pipeline Management/Business Insights for specific accounts
  • Cross-Sell proposition, Lead Generation and Value Proposition reporting considering competitive landscape and industry dynamics
  • Marketing planning for a set of accounts, alignment with marketing team and client teams
  • Following up on Mandatory Firm Rotations and managing internal communication processes
  • Reviewing Client Feedback processes and suggest action points
  • Independently identify data sources and conduct research (e.g. market, customer, competitive) to understand and draw insights from key industry and customer trends provide insight to the organization
