QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow our businesses.
For this role, you should be a self-driven individual that is experienced in sales (especially cold-calling and emailing). Paying attention to detail and being organized is important for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new customers and industries.
- Obtain contact information of potential customers through cold calling, internet research and emailing.
- Initiate and build relationships with customers through phone, marketing mailer campaigns, in-person contacts, and presentations.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and calls between customers and senior management for business expansions and new opportunities.
- Assist in achieving targeted revenues from current and new customers.
- Maintain a database of potential customer’s contact numbers and emails.
- Maintain data integrity of prospects in CRM application.
- Create monthly performance reports for upper management.
- Identify new industries and areas to grow our customer base.
Qualifications (preferred):
- 2-3 years experience in sales
- Experience in market research
- Ability to maintain high standards and deadlines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of time-sensitive tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Proficiency in Wix (preferred)
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
