QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow our businesses.

For this role, you should be a self-driven individual that is experienced in sales (especially cold-calling and emailing). Paying attention to detail and being organized is important for this role.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new customers and industries.
  • Obtain contact information of potential customers through cold calling, internet research and emailing.
  • Initiate and build relationships with customers through phone, marketing mailer campaigns, in-person contacts, and presentations.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings and calls between customers and senior management for business expansions and new opportunities.
  • Assist in achieving targeted revenues from current and new customers.
  • Maintain a database of potential customer’s contact numbers and emails.
  • Maintain data integrity of prospects in CRM application.
  • Create monthly performance reports for upper management.
  • Identify new industries and areas to grow our customer base.


Qualifications (preferred):

  • 2-3 years experience in sales
  • Experience in market research
  • Ability to maintain high standards and deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize a variety of time-sensitive tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Proficiency in Wix (preferred)
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
