• Graduated from Business Administration or Engineering departments of universities,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position,
• Able to use all MS Office programs very effectively,
• Analytical mindset and solution-oriented,
• Advanced English speaking and writing skills,
• Strong human relations,
• Strong reporting skills,
• Able to manage time effectively and open to learning.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Analysing and coordinating the domestic and export sales predictions according to the quality and quantity of fresh fruit,
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly production plannings based on customer orders and inventory,
- Analysing sales/stock to determine best-performing and worst-performing sellers, stock levels, stock cover and margin,
- Forecasting future sales and deciding on the amount of products’ order units based on current stock sales data,
- Supporting productivity increase by making profitability analyzes on the basis of farms and species,
- Ensuring coordination and effective working process between the department and the other relevant departments (Sales, Logistics, etc.)
- Improving forecasting & replenishment techniques, reporting and analysis formats continuously,
- Understanding past and future assumptions, risks and opportunities,
- Following up gaps in the demand plan and make sure that necessary actions are taken by related parties,
- Presenting and sharing useful information across departments and functions.
