QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are one of the 22 group companies of Kibar Holding and started to operate in 1990 in Tuzla. We are leading the sandwich panel market in Turkey and are the largest sandwich panel producer in the Middle East. We export to more than 85 countries with our production facilities in Tuzla, Balıkesir, İskenderun, Jordan, and Azerbaijan and are on the fast track to be a global player in the sector. With 8,500,000 m2 in sales from production since 2010, we have achieved a record capacity use rate of 85% which is a rare occurrence in Turkey and the world.
We are looking for an Production Planning Specialist to join our Supply Chain team in our company which is located in Tuzla.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering departments of universities,
- Minimum 3 years of planning operations experience,
- Preferably with work experience in the manufacturing sector,
- Knowledge of MS Office programs and ERP usage,
- Able to travel without restrictions.
Job Description
- Production line planning according to requirements, raw material and OEE balance,
- Being a part of continous improvement and production optimization projects,
- Reporting daily/monthly supply chain metrics,
- ERP system control and development, first response to errors in the ERP system, notification by data processing,
- Analyzing the error, making revisions in case of a procedural or fictional problem,
- In case of changes in ERP needs, managing development requests, designing installations, testing after software,
- Statistics and Analysis Studies, Development of processes related to statistical data collection in the titles determined for the use of the management,
- Analyzing the collected statistical data and reporting on the basis of determined periods.
