QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
· Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering
· 2 years experience within FMCG dynamics is preferred
· Proficient in using MS Excel (pivots, macros etc.) and powerpoint
· SAP knowledge is preferable
· Fluency in English both written and spoken
· Result and detail orientated, ability to focus and prioritize tasks
· Analytical skills and good in finding solutions with proactive manner
· Ability to manage time pressure, well organized and self -motivated
· Problem solving and customer-oriented thinking
· Strong follow-up and communication skills
· Teamwork - should be open and dynamic to work and liaise with multicultural teams
· No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Preparing the finished product production plan for monthly, weekly and also daily
· Controlling of daily product freshness and action planning in order to reduce product destruction
· Monthly and weekly aging report publication, making product destruction analysis
· Adapting production plan for new launches
· Management & planning of raw materials supply
· Considering working machine occupancy according to sales tonnages
· Following planned production vs actualization
· Giving support for new project launch
· Back up for supply planners
