What about the role?
We’re looking for a Senior Supply Chain Planning Specialist. The role will report to Supply Chain Planning Manager.
What you will be doing?
The main responsibilities are;
- Creating weekly production plans with evaluating stock levels & targets, production realizations, production constraints, material & bulk availabilities and sales forecasts.
- Checking daily and weekly production, import and current forecast vs actualization. Creating and sharing required reports.
- Controlling weekly sales forecasts and analyzing the fluctuations.
- Creating bulk production plans in order to meet bottling needs with evaluating capacity, work in process and raw material constraints.
- Running material requirement process with using weekly production plans.
- Controlling arrival dates of open orders, contacting and planning actions with suppliers and relevant parties in procurement department when needed.
- Creating annual production plans, material requirements, raw material needs and inventory budgets.
- Running and coordinating SAP master data process. Creating and revising material and finished good codes, bill of materials.
- Generating reports in order to run planning process ideally.
- Key Stakeholders will be Central Planning & Logistics teams and warehouses, relevant parties in plants, procurement, suppliers
What we are looking for
- University Degree preferably in industrial engineering
- Min 2 years of experience in similar position
- SAP experience is a plus
- Fluent English is a requirement
- Experienced in team management and communication
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Analytic and result oriented mindset
- Strong teamwork and time management skills with ability to multi-task
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- No travel restrictions
