QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for a "Supply Chain Specialist / Demand Planning" to join its "Supply Chain&Procurement" department.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University (Bachelor) degree from a reputable university in Engineering.(preferably in industrial engineering)
  • 4-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Function (Demand Planning, Supplier Management etc.) preferably in an international FMCG/ Retail company.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, Knowledge and experience on Excel Macro and Access are plus.
  • Teamwork oriented, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups and cross functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, independent with a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills, intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible in Supply Chain Demand Planning Function of Shaya Food Brands.
  • Implement and driving innovative actual/future projects coordinatively with all related parties to build up clear & structural business plans.
  • Strategically plan cost, inventory, lead time and process improvement areas.
  • Analyze of end-to-end supply chain processes of import items with a comprehensive view to all main streams; availability, stock management, process quality.
  • Coordinately working with Procurement, Finance, Quality, Marketing and Operations departments and building up effective communication with all levels of the organization.
  • Alignment and cooperate effectively with internal customers, suppliers, service providers and teammates.
  • Following, reporting and developing systems to track & trace of Financial/Operational KPI’s.
  • Proceed with analytical reporting/analysis needed for business purposes. Create template of reports and deliver information based on data analysis.
  • Integration, communication and continuous improvement with import suppliers to supply chain infrastucture.
