QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Responsibilities
• Maintain timely, efficient and accurate planning of assigned supply chain operations to meet the business demand;
• Planning of repackaging/relabeling & serialization operations at the LSP, based on the urgency of the products and their T&T declaration due date
• Ensuring ERP transactions regarding receipts, packaging movements and approvals are performed on time
• Forecasting packaging materials inventory regularly and issuing the material purchase orders according to the yearly FC
• Collaborate with import, demand planning, logistics and supply, external supply, quality and finance teams regarding daily responsibilities and resolution issues.
• Support continuous improvement of supply chain operations in the market
• Perform other related duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree from Engineering or other Social Science departments
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience working on supply chain activities.
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications with a strength in Excel and PowerPoint
• Result oriented, open minded and eager to learn
