QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
University Graduate, preferably Engineering.
2 years of experience in SC
Fluent in English and Turkish
Communication skills are highly important.
Team player, with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills to be able to build effective relationships.
Customer oriented. Understanding basic Marketing, Sales, Production.
Integrated Planning Literacy (JDA, APO, IP etc) would be a significant Asset.
Functional understanding of Supply Chain performance metrics and the drivers of fast moving consumer goods industry.
- Provide leadership and direction for all supply network planning activities across Repack sites.
- Responsible for designing and implementing the supply strategy and standardizing processes, practices and procedures.
- Deliver customer service excellence and inventory optimization from Primary to Market Hubs, fully utilizing the JDA system.
- Build the BU picture on the supply network, including supply constraints management and proposing potential scenarios.
- Interact with SP Managers in the forecast hand-off process to deliver net requirement to supply.
- Coordinate Supply Commit process between SP and Repack Sites.
- Sit in the world between Commercial and Repack sites understanding the BU requirements and the Repack plants capabilities, creating scenarios as inputs into the IBP process.
- Facilitate plan requirements resulting on change in repack locations.
- Contribute to troubleshooting hub to hub opportunities and propose long term improvements to increase customer service within the distribution network.
- Organize test process of new opportunities according to commercial requirements with arranging transportation tests between repack sites and plant sites
