QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
University graduate
Beverage/Food manufacturing or Fast moving consumer goods sector experience would be a distinct advantage.
At least 3-4 years experience in supply planning
Fluent in English and Turkish
Integrated Planning Literacy (JDA, APO, IP etc) would be a significant Asset.
Functional understanding of Supply Chain performance metrics and the drivers of fast moving consumer goods industry.
A pro-active self-starter with an acute attention to detail and the ability to manage complexity
Team player, with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills to be able to build effective relationships
Believing in customer satisfaction mentality and Ambitious with desire to progress and develop
Effective time management and planning
Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities
Must have the capability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
Excellent communication across all functions/levels is required.
Must be analytical and understand KPIs and metrics.
- Reports to Supply HUB Manager
- Provide leadership and direction for all supply network planning activities across PepsiCo/Repack sites and Coman. The Supply Network Planning Manager will be responsible for developing, managing and implementing the Supply Network Planning strategy for the Supply Organization within the business.
- Responsible for designing and implementing the supply strategy and standardizing processes, practices and procedures. Deliver customer service excellence and inventory optimization from Primary to Market Hubs, fully utilizing the JDA system.
- Build the BU picture on the supply network, including supply constraints management and proposing potential scenarios. Interact with Plan Portfolio Managers in the forecast hand-off process to deliver net requirement to supply. Coordinate Supply Commit process between Plan Portfolio Managers and Manufacturing/Repack Plants. Sit in the world between Commercial and Manufacturing understanding the BU requirements and the plants capabilities, creating scenarios as inputs into the S&OP process. Including supply commits.
- Facilitate plan requirements resulting on change in manufacturing locations. Contribute to troubleshooting hub to hub opportunities and propose long term improvements to increase customer service within the distribution network.
- Lead Supply Chain Integrations Design work
- Provide training to staff on Supply Planning, Capacity Modeling, safety stock policy
- Responsible from generating high level supply plan for a monthly level.
- Analyse long term forecasting data and split them according to plant network structure.
- Facilitates S&OP Supply Planning Meetings and participate necessary S&OP Reviews.
- Follow-up performance indicators to meet service levels
- Use and maintain the Supply Planning software (JDA).
- Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans with new project as a supply planning
- Catch tactical commercial activity to achieve field sales targets
- Follow up Service level of Turkey
- Follow up write-off and aging at Turkey level (FG)
