We are currently looking for a Senior Supply Chain Executive to join our Supply Chain department at Atasehir, Istanbul.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Generation of volume and value forecasting through executing the demand planning components of the S&OP process.
- Responsible for coordinating all in market distribution and logistics activities;
- Managing and optimizing relationship with key external customers / providers / partners and local wholesalers etc.;
- Tracking KPI's and reporting on supply chain's performance such as Inventory and keeping track of performance and progress, resolving any ongoing issues and look for continual improvement opportunities;
- Ensuring timely inventory transactions in ERP and accountable for stock accuracy;
- Maintaining and controlling Supply chain budget;
- Taking care of and improving standard reporting (e.g. metrics regarding demand, supply, master data and inventory) for the department;
- Coordinating import and export operations, ensure timely receiving and delivering the paperwork, and provide accurate documentation to relevant parties.
- Conducting all activities in a compliant manner and providing audit support
REQUIREMENTS
- Having a bachelor's degree
- Minimum 6 years work experience in a related business area (Import, Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Procurement or equivalent)
- Experience and a solid understanding of ERP systems
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Being proactive and taking initiative
- Excellent communication skills and planning skills
- Fluent in English (must)
