About Role

  • Establishing allocation plans in accordance with annual, seasonal, monthly and weekly targets,
  • Managing the initial distribution, replenishment, transfer and return processes and organizing the team in line with these goals,
  • Implementation of Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning processes
  • Ensuring bidirectional product flow between all relevant suppliers, distribution centers and stores in the product groups for which it is responsible, making demand forecasts and order plans within the framework of stock value, stock days and availability targets
  • Creating statistical base demand forecasts,
  • Making short, medium and long term demand plans,Product planning, tracking and reporting of gross margin targets according to the sales budgets of the products,
  • Creation of product budgets,
  • Writing orders according to the budgets and tracking RPT orders
  • Managing store and center inventories,
  • Managing the campaign,
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports based on sales planning and performance,
  • Monitoring store capacities and stock performances.
  • Supporting projects in the company.


About You

  • Graduated from 4-year universities, preferably from Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Management Engineering, Business Administration and Economics departments,
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management and retail,
  • Strong planning, organization and reporting skills,
  • Ability to think analytically and produce comments,
  • Developed coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to make and implement decisions
  • Good use of MS Office applications (especially advanced excel knowledge),
  • Prone to teamwork,
  • High communication skills,
  • Completed military service for male candidates.
