QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Product Planning Assistant” for our Planning team. The position will be assisting buyer in delivering budgeted metrics to drive profitability for the company, while offering a unique and optimal product assortment to service product line.
- Graduated from Industrial Engineering, Statistics or related field,
- Eager to start one´s career in planning and stock management especially in retail industry,
- Good command of MS Office programs(especially with a very good Excel knowledge)
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed,
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Be open-minded to and receptive of other’s opinions,
- Highly collaborative working style in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment,
- Analytic point of view and having problem- solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
What you'll do;
- To support team by using resources efficiently in developing pre-season, in-season, semi-annual, monthly, weekly business financial plans and forecasts that adhere to strategic and financial objectives,
- Preparing and analyzing sales budgets and forecasts in line with growth targets,
- Following of stock levels of the related category and ensuring appropriate ranging decisions are made,
- Guiding the following season collection by analyzing best and worst sellers,
- Analysis of coverages, store performances and inventory,
- Analysis and identifies selling trends, acting to maximize selling potential and minimize risk to inventory objectives and profitability,
- Follow and monitor consumer trends by working closely with category teams
