QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for Sales Development Analyst to support our growing local and international business in Sales & Marketing Department.
- University degree in computer science, information systems, industrial engineering, data-oriented business administration, engineering, mathematics, supply chain, etc. with good business understanding,
- > 3 years of experience in working in the area of supply chain and/or IT, controlling master data analysis or a related setting/position,
- Fluent English (written and oral),
- Good knowledge in master data management related IT systems, incl.Microsoft Office Suite, SAP ERP, SAP BW/BI, Power BI or similar, CRM/C4C,
- Strong analytical ability with to interpret sales metrics, an emphasis on attention to detail, follow-ups, issue resolution and problem solving,
- Strong analytical & problem-solving competencies, assertiveness & persuasiveness.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform market research by gathering information about target markets from all on- and offline sources,
- Conception and collection of effective key performance indicators (KPIs) for business governance and optimization,
- Update master, project and order data used as basis for KPIs on a regular basis and ensure maintaining accuracy of the database,
- Extract and manipulate data across various data sources, along with deep diving into data to analyze root causes,
- Perform complex data analysis, which includes root cause analysis, regressions, correlations and optimizations to drive improvements,
- Prepare data suitable for different addressees, visualize and communicate KPIs and point out necessary actions,
- KPI presentations, dashboards and formatted reports based on local/regional/global requirements,
- Analysis and preparation of ad hoc requests using tools like SAP Analytics BI Tool and Excel.
