Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing the data to understand all customer behaviors, interaction and needs

  • Identifying opportunities to grow and to improve their experience and engagement

  • Providing new solutions for data management requirements

  • Providing regular and ad-hoc reports on customer interactions and life cycle and creating dashboards

  • Monitoring and reporting key customer metrics and creating new ones

  • Building descriptive / predictive / prescriptive models

  • Analyzing the trend in data and translating them into solid actions

  • Working closely with different teams like marketing, sales, BI, IT, product and operations


Profile:

  • +3 years experience in CRM analytics

  • At least 2 years experience in Data Analytics, Advanced Analytics or Data Management

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent departments of universities

  • Strong analytical skills, KPI and SLA tracking and data enthusiast,

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel & Powerpoint

  • Knowledge of analyzing and building statistical data models in R, Python etc.

  • Excellent knowledge of SQL or the other languages

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus
