/ Responsible for system design of software with focus on Customer Service processes
/ Analyzing and processing specifications in order to develop a standardized template for international usage
/ Preparing of detailed and elaborated “Process Analysis” and "Business Requirement" documents for the development team
/ Creating test scenarios and testing the versions
/ Preparing of user guide, training documents or any additional template documents
Your Profile
/ Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Informatics, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
/ Minimum 3-5 years experience as Business Analyst preferably in a Customer Service department, and SAP CRM experience is a big asset
/ Being part of international rollout projects is a big asset
/ Fluent in English both written and verbal is a must, and German or any other language is a big asset
/ Good communication and intercultural skills and ability to work under stress
/ No restriction to travel abroad
