KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To work aligning Omron’s strategies
Check customer database periodically and improve the data quality on CRM program by collaborating with the sales team and taking proper actions.
Managing mass changes or transactions on CRM program (E-Sales, Omron Navigator and any other new tools) and supporting users concerning CRM related issues
Implementing CRM Tool and its new modules in Turkey by organizing training sessions for users
Integrating customer info and the sales & marketing activities and events by collecting and processing customer data on the system and sharing the report with the sales team for effective sales business decisions
Tracking Omron info mail account and entering customer data on the report
Tracking web visit actions on the corporate website via defined tool and evaluating actions
Mining potential target customers and contact info through various sources and creating lists to support sales team to have more new opportunities
Creating lead on the CRM program for sales by evaluating customer requests and actions on online/offline communication tools and marketing events
Monitoring competitors’ and customers’ actions, and the latest development in the automation sector by collaborating with sales and marketing team, and gathering/organizing all the information on the report base for supporting sales team
Support marketing activities by providing required information and reporting for effective sales & marketing activities
Combining product, market and sales-related analysis reports which are created by marketing or sales departments to be used for dynamic business decisions
Creating requested market, product or sales-related reports by analyzing various data and reports. Maintain and develop dashboards, tools, and analysis to empower the Product and Sales teams with data-driven insights
Localizing and simplifying EMEA Monthly Marketing Reports which are prepared by Business Intelligence Team
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and implements in daily agenda.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in relevant disciplines
At least 2 years experience in market data analysis
Advanced Excel skill
Excellent MS Office skills
Preferably experience in automation sector
Preferably experience in managing & monitoring CRM tool
Professional proficiency in English language
