ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER

Te-Ha Group imports and distributes three different categories:

  • Luxury brands
  • Niche perfume brands
  • Dermo cosmetics brands

In the niche brands category, there are artisanal perfume brands made with precious ingredients and produced in limited numbers, these brands meet with perfume enthusiasts in special sales points.

Te-Ha Group seeks for an Assistant Brand Manager to the growing niche brands department.

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager who has below listed competences:

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

· Working with the Brand Manager to prepare the marketing plan and to implement the marketing activities in line with brand strategies,

· Assisting to implement brands’ plans, product portfolio, pricing and communication strategies,

· Preparing monthly and periodic reports and budget follow-up,

· Following the sales and stock and preparing orders for the brands,

· Managing and organizing the product launches,

· Working in cooperation with the sales, trade marketing, production, finance and HQ marketing teams to achieve results,

· Following and analyzing the trends, activities and new products in the cosmetics industry,

· Working closely with sales team, making sales point visits and reporting the needs and observations,

· Developing and implementing social media and digital marketing strategies,

· Coordinating agency and press relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

· University degree from a reputable university in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a relevant discipline

· Aim to have a career in Brand Management

· Strong analytical skill, interpersonal skills and creative pursuit

· Eager to learn, determined, achievement and result oriented personality with high energy level

· Proven multitasking abilities on different types of works

· Excellent command of written and spoken English. French is a plus

· Advanced level of MS Office applications
