What Makes You A Perfect Fit

  • BS or MS degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, Statistics or related fields
  • Ability to operate HR systems data management, generating reports and metrics.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position.
  • Excellent proficiency of Advanced Excel
  • Preferably experience with BI Tools
  • Fluency in English

At Garanti BBVA Technology You Will

  • Prepare and analyze regular and ad-hoc reports : Headcount, Turnover, Audit Reports, Overtime, Absenteeism, HR Cost reports
  • Establishes master HR data governance principles for generating unified and standardized HR infrastructure
  • Design and develop HR Analytics models in line with the needs of HR business units and/or company strategies
  • Contribute to the creation of HR big data
  • Creation of data modeling processes and templates for HR applications
  • Design and operation of HR data reporting infrastructures and taking actions related to data quality when necessary
  • Analysis and reporting of the results of HR Surveys
  • Demand management and monitoring of HR infrastructure systems and coordination of the relevant teams
