We are looking for Call Center Representative for our Group Companies which operate in Real Estate and Agriculture business. The position will be placed in HQ in Ataşehir / Istanbul.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and energetic call center representative who must have strong communication skills. If you have sales support experience, that’s also an advantage.

The goal is to provide high-class customer service to the company's clients.

Job duties and responsibilities

· Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns

· Effectively & professionally communicate via phone & email

· Requires interpersonal & communication skills to ensure that customer requests are met and receive and answer their calls and identify their needs.

· Filtring inbound calls and inquiries from leads to the sales department.

· Ability to deal with problems of clients. Multitasking required

· Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payments

· Uploading customer documents to the CRM of the company and updating their profile and the management regularly.

· Enter all sales contracts to the CRM.

· Assist Marketing & Sales Managers with model paperwork as needed and with any special projects as needed.

Job requirements and qualifications

· Fluent in English, Arabic or Spanish will be a plus.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

· Exceptional organizational & analytical skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

· Experience with CRM

· Excellent communication and presentation skills
