GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking for a "Application Specialist" for our global client which is one of Health sector.
University Degree in biology, biochemistry or chemistry with minimum 2 years of experience is required
• Ability to translate complex clinical, and diagnostic issues into comprehensive language and illustrations to address the different target groups
• Competence in interactive communication, problem-solving and decision making
• Strong customer orientation
• Willingness to travel in all region Turkey and Turkey plus
• Class B driving license
• Advanced level in English is required
• Able to work independently as well as an effective team player
Support our distributors and end-users in the Western Turkey region in all application-
related issues, including training, installation, demonstration, troubleshooting and follow-up analyser performance for our business in the area of Haematology, Urinalysis and
Coagulation
• Provide on-site support as well as 1st and 2nd level application support and prepare
customized application solutions
• Support end customers in all application-related questions
• Providing support for call center requests
• Develop and conduct product & application training for different target groups
• Providing support in promotional activities such as congresses and fairs
• Support product tests and evaluations as well as presentations of local sales teams for
customers
• Act as a team member in Applications team and support all new initiatives
