QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering departments (preferably mechanical,electronical,electrical engineering),
- Minimum 5 years experience,
- An independent and results oriented disposition with the demonstrated ability to successfully execute R&D projects in an industrial environment,
- Know-how about manufacturing technologies specifically sheet metal tooling,
- Project management experience,
- Preferably have international work experience,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken in English
- Creative, self-motivated with strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure,
- Passion for creating a framework for future products and technologies,
- No obstacles to travel abroad,
İŞ TANIMI
R&D Engineer operates as a project leader of a cross functional product development team to suppport the initiatives, business plan, and objectives of the company.
Work within and across organizational and company boundaries to plan, lead and coordinate R&D project development activities.
Will manage a local team of functional, mechanical, electrical designers, BOM technicians and laborotarys.
Will be in change for administrative Tasks of R&D Center.
Experience on R&D Center incentives.
Will initiate and drive all activities aiming cost reduction, quality improvement and productivity improvement.
