QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Master Degree is a plus),
- Having experience in household or similar electrical appliances,
- Minimum 1 years of experience in related area,
- Having experience in 6 sigma projects and analysis softwares,
- Having experience in reliability literature, projects and analysis softwares and willing to learn and develop reliability projects,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Following and adopting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,

How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Project Engineer - Quality Assurance who will join our team at Product Sourcing Directorate.
- Following technical call rate and warranty expenses of outsource products,
- Following report and improve customer complaints of outsource products,
- Analyzing of technical call rate and product replacement trends for new projects/products and share reports to suppliers,
- Establishing communication/information flow between Customer Service Department and Product Sourcing Directorate for serial products
