QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- Having experience in Styrofoam production and packaging design.
- Having CAD experience (Experience in CAD software preferably NX (Good command in Modelling, Surface, Assembly)
- Having experience in development from idea to product, cost simulation analysis and conceptual design
- Knowledge of analysis tools preferably hyperworks, NX Advance Simulation - Pre/Post
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- Thinking broadly about business,
- Understanding needs of the market & customer,
- Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
- Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- Building collaboration,
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Çayırova.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for an Engineer-R&D who will work for Washing Machine Product Directorate.
- Working on washing machine packaging design.
- Being responsible new product packaging design, quality improvements, cost reduction Project
- Realizing new part/project/product implementation activities
- Using analytical/statistical analysis tools to manage problems (FMEA, 6Sigma, DFX etc.)
- Realizing benchmark activities
