- Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering Departments of Universities preferably enrolled to Master’s program in fields associated with Industrial Engineering, Technology Management, Engineering Management
- Experience in R&D processes, Project Management, Technology Management processes

How will you foster the change?
Arçelik is looking for an Engineer - R&D (Global R&D Incentives and University-Industry Relations) who will join our team at the R&D Directorate.
- Local and global R&D Tax Deduction and Cash Grant Incentive Programs,
- Managing R&D Incentive Projects Portfolio,
- Managing R&D Center Reporting Process and relations with Ministry of Industry and Technology, Tübitak, etc.,
- Establishing new collaboration and networks within European Research Area for Horizon Europe and other EU framework programs,
- Establishing and managing collaborations with universities, research institutes, technology companies.
