- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related departments. (Master's Degree is a plus),
- Having experience in system design, structural design,

How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Project Engineer - R&D who will work for the Product Sourcing Directorate.
- Leading and planning the R&D projects of small domestic home appliances,
- Developing project schedules and budgets, coordinating necessary resources and activities to execute the projects on time and as budgeted, meeting the objective of the project,
- Coordinating and collaborating internal and external stakeholders to complete small home appliances projects,
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, and managing risk and ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued,
- Monitoring and controlling project progress effectively,
- Following trends in the industry and realizing benchmark activities,
- Following/learning and developing related tests standards,
- Scouting new technologies and implementing to related products,
- Reporting, presenting, and sharing outcomes of the R&D project studies across departments and functions.
