QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical&Electronics, Electronics, Electronics & Communication Engineering (Master's Degree is a plus),
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the household or similar electrical appliances,
- Having experience in Design, testing, analysis of Electronic Systems and using electrical/electronic test equipment,
- Having experience in reliability literature, projects, and analysis software and willing to learn and develop reliability projects,
- No restriction for traveling,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Following and adapting the market trends and new technologies,
- Outside the box thinking ability,
- Open to innovation culture,
- Flexible and open to new perspectives,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,

What awaits you in this role?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist - R&D (Test & Verification) who will join our team at Central R&D Directorate.
- Managing and leading the approval process of the test laboratory,
- Planning laboratory activities for product approvals,
- Preparing test plans according to project schedules, test reports, and planning laboratory activities,
- Evaluating of new design and design changing and preparing test plans,
- Following/learning and developing related tests standards and procedures,
- Leading and participating in R&D projects for improving and developing new products.
The position is located in Çayırova.
