QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description


  • Collecting current market and customer data in the assigned sales territory.
  • Carrying out negotiations and sales activities then agreeing with them volumes and conditions of sales.
  • Developing existing sales channels and gaining new channels/customers.
  • Building strong and effective relationships with customer with high care for the long-term ones in order to increase their product share.
  • Implementing promotional campaigns and support the marketing and other department activities in the managed sales zone.


Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar area.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Preferably have experience using different CRM systems.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Driving license is a must.
  • Having no restrictions for travelling.
  • Willingness to internal mobility.
  • Preferably resident or willing to reside in Bursa.
